Guess Shoes
Guess Shoes is part of Guess, the name-brand clothing line with a red question mark as part of its logo. Guess was founded in 1981 in Los Angeles, California by four brothers Marciano, Paul Georges, Maurice and Armand. The company's first products were designer jeans for women, a rarity at the time, and soon a men's line of jeans followed. The company has also expanded into shoes, baby clothes (Baby Guess) and watches. Guess Shoes has also received attention for its for its sexualized advertising, featuring suggestive black and white photographs of celebrities and models. Celebrities who have kept us Guessing including Drew Barrymore, Anna Nicole Smith and Paris Hilton. (Is that ascending or descending level of class?) Guess also received its fair share of controversy with a sweatshop scandal in the 1990's regarding unfair working conditions. In the new century, Guess Shoes has been restoring its image and improving its business for greater success.

For a time in 2003 Guess pulled its line of Guess Shoes for men, though as recently as 2006 the shoe line was brought back. Currently, Guess Shoes now offers 15 styles for men's shoes alone, with sandals, sneakers and dress shoes. Some of the top selling shoes include Valentino loafers for $140.00, Ricky flip flops for $49.00, Fabian sneakers made out of genuine leather for $98.00 and Melrose sneakers with suede accents.
Guess boots also have an nice selection including series like Nash, Fisk, Cameo and Estes and the Guess Larry lace-up boot.
